Position OverviewAs Grocery National Account Manager at All Things Butter, you will be at the forefront of our ambitious expansion plans within the grocery channel. This role requires strong P&L management experience and a keen sense of commercial acumen. Key Account Management: Building strong JBPs, managing and nurturing relationships with key grocery retail accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and our products are prominently featured.Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.P&L Responsibility: Manage profit and loss for your portfolio, making data-driven decisions to optimise financial performance.Cultural Leadership: As one of the founding team members, help shape and instil the company's culture, values, and ethos.Actively participate in the growth and development of the company, including building a high-performing team as the company expands.
