**The role**:

- Is a newly created NAE role, designed to secure future talent for the organisation
- Will play a supporting role on Grocery Retail working with the SNAMs and Grocery Director
- Is analytical by nature, managing the overall pricing and promotion mechanics of the account base
- Works on highly strategic Grocery & eCom accounts and will be responsible for supporting execution of the JBP
- Works cross functionally with Shopper, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful day to day management of the account
- Will be responsible for driving growth through landing successful NPD launches and promotions
- Offers the opportunity of developing quickly from NAE to NAM
- Will have experience operating as a Sales Exec/Rep or in a commercial role (preferably within Retail or FMCG)
- Curious in nature and hungry to drive results
- Has a track record of driving commercial results
- Driven by values and creating value for customers and consumers

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
