**National Account Executive**

Navson is an FMCG brand-driven company, operating in a number of sectors. Thanks to their continued success and ambitious growth targets, Navson are now seeking an a sales professional to help it on its exciting growth journey.

**Position Overview**:
If you are a hungry and energetic with an eye for detail then this role could be the ideal opportunity for you to join a fast-growing business and to build a long-term career. This is a fast-paced role working with multiple brands.

**The Role**:

- Generate New Business.
- Manage accounts you have won as new business to reach a National Account Manager role within 12-18 months.
- Working closely with the Sales Controller to deliver a key part of the sales strategy.
- Implementing - where relevant - national business plans.
- Be the first line of commercial contact for new business.
- Liaising with other departments to resolve issues and maximise opportunities
- Although business development focused, you will be handed some existing live accounts and all accounts won, will be subsequently managed and retained.

**Performance Measurements**:

- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI's.
- Deliver against distribution, volume, and other commercial metrics.
- Deliver product distribution growth.
- Implementation & execution of National Promotional Activity.
- Ensuring an effective journey call plan is developed to meet business and customer needs.
- A sales professional with a business development mindset.
- Hungry and energetic.
- Have an ambitious career with a view to progressing quickly whilst learning.
- Highly numerate with good client relationship building skills.
- Business development or sales experience advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated.
- Target driven with good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Show strong organisational and time management skills.
- Establish rapport and build relations across all levels.

**Remuneration**:

- OTE to £42,000 uncapped.
- Electric Company Car.
- Laptop and phone.
- Contributory pension scheme.
