About the Company

Speak Up London is an English School located on one of the most famous streets in the capital, Oxford Street. We are an institute accredited by the British Council for the teaching of English and in addition to being a Cambridge Exam Preparation Centre, Speak Up London is a member of English UK and the Association for Learning Languages. We have been providing English courses to thousands of satisfied students since 2012.

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Speak Up London. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our B2C and B2B sales teams to achieve outstanding results. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the B2C and B2B sales teams, ensuring they adhere to all company processes and procedures.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring that the team meets agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor the quality of sales conversations, providing feedback and coaching to ensure a high standard of customer engagement.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Set, track, and achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and align sales efforts with overall company goals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Recruit sales team members as the company grows and manage their HR issues and onboarding.
  • You will be required to travel internationally to attend fairs and events to support the B2B team.
  • Manage the weekly rota for the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the education or language school industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot preferably) 
  • You must be fluent in English
