We’ve partnered with the industry leader within a specific area of Dental Equipment Manufacturing, who are looking to further bolster their stronghold on the market . They are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.
The client are extremely established in the Industry, and have grown phenomenally across the world, with offices in four different continents, and sell into almost every continent globally.
The role is a Player Manager position, whereby you will manage an existing Sales team, alongside Individually Contributing in both a New Business and Account Management acumen, handling the full 360 sales cycle from Lead Generation to closing business and onboarding clients, before maintaining long lasting relationships. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, driven individual who is looking to take the next step in their career in sales with a company that provides revolutionary and market leading services, with fantastic progression routes available also.
A successful candidate will have at least five years experience in Dentistry/Medical Equipment Manufacturing Sales.
The Sales Manager will:
- Manage and grow the Sales Team
- Go through the Full 360 sales process
- Constantly hit and over-achieve targets
- Market mapping and competitive analysis
- Identify & Qualify client needs & challenges
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
Required skills and experience:
- A minimum of two years of Managerial experience
- 5+ years Sales experience in Dentistry or the Medical Devices industry
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to own a sales cycle from start to finish
