Front Office Architecture Specialist and Lead

The Front Office Technology (FO Tech) group within the larger technology team supports many critical processes across the front office. The Architecture Specialist and Lead will manage third party systems into the trader ecosystem and create specifications for internal development. The role is joining an active team in building, supporting, and integrating front office systems.

Role & Responsibilities:
  1. FO Architecture Specialist and Lead will help the Fixed income desks (Treasuries, Agencies, IG and HY Credit, Convertible Bonds, LATAM Emerging Markets, MBS) as well as Repo and Loans
  2. Primary Fixed Income systems are Ion, Bloomberg, and Broadridge
  3. Impact Loan platforms include Centricity, Promerit, and LMS
  4. Finance platforms include Finpro and Smartloan
  5. Market connectivity integration includes all major Fixed Income Dealer and Dealer to Client platforms
  6. Candidate will (with team) own front end on-prem ION infrastructure installations and upgrades
  7. Candidate will configure and maintain pricing and trading feeds
  8. Candidate will need to demonstrate knowledge of fix and other market connectivity protocols
  9. Candidate will need to be able to troubleshoot network and logical connections
  10. Candidate will need to demo and teach desk traders and internal support teams
  11. Role includes working directly with markets and providers, and (as need arises) with producers
  12. Candidate will write spec documents for developers to code against and perform SIT of that code before deploy
  13. Candidate will need to process change control tickets
