About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to fill the position of Technical Project Runner at Architecture Social. This is a challenging role that requires a seasoned professional with a talent for managing complex projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a technically challenging multi-residential development in Surrey, while being based in London. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, technical environment and is ready to take charge from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex multi-residential project in Surrey, coordinating closely with a Tier 2 contractor.
  • Work with a small, skilled team to ensure that every aspect of the project is handled with precision and expertise.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Technical Project Runner, whether as an Architect or Architectural Technologist, with specific experience in multi-residential projects.
  • Strong Revit skills and a deep understanding of construction detailing and technical coordination.
  • Ability to manage a small team and ensure that all project aspects are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, clients, and team members.
