Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and engaging. From handling incoming calls with precision and care to facilitating smooth operations of the front of house, each task you undertake contributes significantly to the studio's vibrancy. You'll work closely with the Hospitality Manager, becoming an integral part of the team that orchestrates everything from meeting room bookings to ensuring the studio's presentation is impeccable.
This role isn't just about administrative duties; it's about becoming a key player in a team that values collaboration and excellence. You'll have the chance to assist in organizing office CPDs, conducting tours, and even participating in office and gallery events. Being a Fire Marshall and First Aid officer, you'll also contribute to the safety and wellbeing of the studio, a role we value deeply.
