We are looking for a Compliance Support Officer (Asset Adoption) who would like to help us reach our mission to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service.

As the Compliance Support Officer (Asset Adoption) Your key responsibilities are

  • Processing and validating technical audits and construction records for gas, electric, water and fibre assets constructed by BUUKs Adoption Partners.
  • Accurately process construction compliance data.
  • Process relevant reports and statistics within agreed timescales.
  • Liaising with contractors regarding construction activities
  • Liaise with project managers to ensure all relevant audits are recoded in a timely manner.
  • Validate technical accuracy of multi utility records for assets within agreed timescales.
  • Liaise with Adoption Partners providing feedback regarding compliance of records.
  • Validate technical as laid drawings for assets within agreed timescales and progress queries to resolution.

About you

  • Experience of working in a fast paced working in environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage own workload.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Experience of using MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience of administrative duties.
