About this job:
As we continue to expand our retail marketing team, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts for the FMCG retail market. Reporting to a Marketing Director you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our retail offering across the FMCG market, to support brand awareness, and lead generation. You will have background in retail marketing, a passion for measurement and innovation, enjoy collaboration. You will have a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to support retail sales objectives.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, online presence, campaigns assets design and thought leadership content.
  • Plan and execute events such as conferences, and webinars to promote brand awareness, increase lead generation and engage with customers. This will include coordination of logistics, content, demand gen planning, commercial teams alignments, budgeting, and analysis of performance.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including COE, product marketing, FMCG & Audience team and commercial teams to ensure alignment and strategizing on marketing plans with overall corporate guidelines and commercial strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative marketing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry regulations in all marketing activities.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master level is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with good knowledge of the FMCG industry, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM software, and digital analytics tools.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Happy working in a a team, being creative and curious.
