We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven individual to join a friendly team as an Inside Sales Team Leader for a sustainable packaging manufacturer. You will lead a small internal sales team, providing guidance to ensure excellent customer service is achieved across the company, building our reputation and improving customer loyalty.
Oversee the complete customer journey to ensure the optimum experience, whether through direct selling, website enquiries or other marketing initiatives.
Lead and offer support to our internal sales team to strengthen current working practices and to reach targets.
Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts including expanding the range of products purchased and developing new business.
