Your Mission at Elis UK Limited- Lead and Manage a Team of Sales Representatives: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
- Train and Onboard New Sales Representatives: Ensure new team members understand the company's products, services, and sales techniques, and are equipped to achieve sales targets.
