Role Overview
LRQA is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through effective team management, sales strategy, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership - Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.
- Sales Strategy - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and increase market share.
- Pipeline Management - Manage the sales pipeline to ensure it is sufficient to meet sales targets, accurately reflects sales stage, dates of actions, and likely closure.
- Coaching and Development - Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their sales skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Performance Management - Monitor and manage team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met.
- Reporting and Analysis - Provide regular sales reports, analysis, and insights to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of years' experience in business-to-business sales with a track record of achieving results.
- Ability to communicate fully in English for business purposes.
- Previous line management experience with responsibility for a specific function, geography, or both.
- Good knowledge of the business assurance sector, particularly in areas of certification and third-party assurance programs.
- Formal qualification in sales, business studies, or a field related to business assurance.
