Role Overview
LRQA is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and achieving team targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team targets and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Contribute to the development of sales processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of years' experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving team targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
