Operations Senior Business Support Administrator

Do you have planning, organizing and record keeping skills? We are currently looking for a Business support administrator.
Role : Business support administrator
Job type: 12 month contract
Deal with a range of enquiries into the unit, via telephone, email, face to face or letter
Compiling complex medical history files from a variety of sources for Ill health retirements, injury on duty and pension cases
Being the first point of contact for those coming into unit and dealing with initial enquires
Effectively operating computer-based systems, including medical appointment systems, database reporting, FOI requests and creating data reports
Dealing with recruitment enquires from external candidates and internal stakeholders including liaising with extender providers and the daily maintenance of recruitment trackers and data requests
Good ICT and keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages
Must have a good standard of written and verbal English language communication for correspondence and to be able to speak to people face to face and over the telephone clearly and concisely
