Commercial Operations Administrator

**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**:
Working within a documented framework, effectively provide professional, comprehensive, and flexible administration support to the Commercial Operations Teams.
- Support and maintain the commercial frameworks to ensure that the PayPoint network is built on retail relationships that deliver in terms of both revenue and coverage.
- **Main Role Responsibilities**:
- Effectively complete all required tasks which may include, but not be limited to:
- Manage incoming requests and queries from sales team.
- Incorporating the authorisation of commercial terms which are outside of normal working parameters from time to time
- Clear communication to the Field sales team on any outstanding issues.
- Estate assessment both for PayPoint directly and Clients as may be applicable (i.e. Collect+) consistent with the network strategy
- To handle difficult or conflicting situations in a confident and professional manner with the objective of providing suitable resolution for all parties
- Ensure that all reports, documents and processes are produced accurately and in the correct timeframe and format
- To have a good level of knowledge on all PayPoint products
- To work to deadlines and respond in a flexible way to the changing demands of the Sales Support team
- To maintain an audit trail of communication activities on the PayPoint systems and associated spreadsheets ensuring compliance with PayPoint standards and data protection
- Portray a positive image of the company by always maintaining a professional manner when communicating with agents and suppliers
- Build and develop strong working relationships with PayPoint’s retailers, field sales team and other business departments
**Skills / Qualifications / Experience Required**
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of commercial understanding and business acumen in order to communicate and educate around PayPoint’s commercial terms as may be needed
- Awareness of, and ability to deliver, targets
- Proven ability to compile and reach conclusions from the analysis of statistical information
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver against multiple objectives as well as display a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong team player with a flexible, proactive, questioning, tenacious and creative approach to work
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both face to face and via telephone, with the credibility to influence others
- Resilient character
- Excellent Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
