My client is a leading company in the intralogistics industry, dedicated to optimising material handling solutions. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding their footprint, drive new business opportunities, and strengthen their position in the market.
The role will involve identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers in the intralogistics sector, utilising your understanding of the industry to gather market insights, assessing and qualifying sales enquiries as well as representing the company at industry-specific exhibitions and events.

- Experience : Demonstrable success in business development, ideally within the intralogistics or related industries.
- Industry Knowledge : A strong understanding of the intralogistics sector, including current trends and challenges.
- Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build enduring relationships.
- Strategic Vision : A proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that drive long-term business success.
The position is hybrid, based near the Leicestershire area. They offer a competitive salary of £85k with an expected OTE of £120k.
