About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and support the growth of our clients across the Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and maximize sales opportunities for powered access machinery
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients in the territory
  • Achieve planned sales targets and goals
  • Develop and present quotes and proposals to clients
  • Identify and develop new markets and improve sales

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working in a field sales position, preferably in a plant hire or powered access environment
  • Experience of exceeding targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional image
  • Ability to influence and persuade to close deals
  • Full UK driving license
