About the Role:

The Company:

  • A leading manufacturer of printed folding cartons serving the food and branded goods industries, with a global presence.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Travel within the UK to meet with clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentation materials and pitches to clients.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasting and activity reports to the Leadership team.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing industry publications.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and marketing background with a proven track record of business growth and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Good IT and organizational skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £65,000pa, depending on experience, plus a good commission structure with an OTE of £70k.
