Justice Resource Institute’s Community Based programs have sites throughout the state of Massachusetts. We have an exciting opportunity for our Taunton Family Networks program. Family Networks is the Lead Agency for the Department of Children and Families. Lead agency social workers collaborate in partnership with DCF to identify, secure and monitor services. Our mission is to identify and secure the highest quality, most effective and family-focused supports and services for children and families. Family Networks is responsible to support families in accessing a wide range of in-home or out of home services that best match their individual needs. We believe and support interventions designed in a way that assist a family with becoming self-reliant, enhancing their ability to maintain success independently. The Family Networks team provides ongoing case management, facilitates regular team meetings and monitors progress every step of the way.
Service Coordinators in partnership with DCF, develop and manage a comprehensive network of DCF contracted services and non-DCF community supports for children and their families. Network services include an array of family-based services, residential programs, group homes, independent living programs, intensive foster care, community supports, and other flexible support services. Service Coordination includes monitoring budget, identifying services, monitoring goal obtainment of persons served, program development and contract compliance.
