We are now recruiting for an HR Operations Manager to provide hands-on day-to-day management of HR operations and developing an excellent HR service across all departments.
In addition to this, as our HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

# Manage the day-to-day function of HR Operations spanning the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, personal development, payroll, and offboarding.
# Ensuring MML's HR policies and procedures are effective and comply with legal requirements.
# Manage the HR system (Cascade), ensuring employee records are accurate.
# Ensure HR reports and workflows are functional to support the management of HR processes and procedures.
# Monitor and report on key HR metrics including attrition, absence, recruitment, and undertaking data analysis.
# Support line managers across the business to be competent and confident in people management.

Proven experience in HR at a management level alongside an excellent knowledge of employment law.
# Proven experience as an HR generalist.
# Experience of recruitment and onboarding, managing HR and ATS systems.
# Experience in compiling HR statistics and data.
# It would be great if you had experience with training, coaching, or mentoring a small team, but this is not essential.
