UK Customer Success Manager - Cybersecurity

Our client is a leading cyber vendor headquartered in the United States, that is dedicated to providing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to businesses worldwide. As part of their European expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join their growing team in the UK.

Position Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with 25 to 30 enterprise customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with cybersecurity solutions. This role will be home-based in the UK, with travel to customer sites and team meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned enterprise customers to understand their business objectives and ensure successful adoption of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product development, to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for upsell or cross-sell, and ensure alignment with their evolving cybersecurity requirements.
  • Proactively identify and address customer challenges, risks, and opportunities, working to maximize retention and renewal rates.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to customers to help them optimize their use of cybersecurity solutions and achieve their security objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success roles, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with enterprise customers and driving customer success outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend team meetings as needed.
