We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage the entire lifecycle of a particular segment of Enterprise clients, on a low touch/high volume basis. You'll also be working alongside the Head of Customer Success to help shape our Success strategy with the potential to build a team and grow from within.

You’ll join our team at our offices located in Aldwych in central London.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Building:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with a large number of clients to understand their needs and challenges.

Client Liaison:

  • Act as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and internal teams, including support, sales, and product teams.

Empowerment:

  • Empower clients to align their goals and challenges with Powtoon's solutions.

Onboarding & Adoption:

  • Take ownership of new accounts, managing their onboarding and adoption processes, and increasing product usage within their organizations.

Education and Engagement:

  • Lead online webinars and demos to educate clients on product features and best practices.

Usage Optimization:

  • Work proactively to ensure clients are realizing the full potential of Powtoon, actively seeking opportunities to optimize usage.

Churn Prevention:

  • Implement strategies to reduce churn, identify at-risk clients, and develop retention plans.

Requirements

  • Have 3+ years prior experience in both Sales & Success- Must
  • Experience working for an international SaaS/Web/Tech company -Must
  • Experience in handling a large portfolio of clients
  • Written & Spoken English to a native level
  • Have strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a positive, infectious and optimistic personality - no problem is too big.
  • Can explain the value of Powtoon & how it works to a range of audiences.
  • Have the ability to take initiative and adapt.
