Are you interested in helping designers and AEC professionals enhance the way they work in the 3D design space? Architects, designers, engineers, and other professional creatives use SketchUp to design and visualize everything from skyscrapers and city parks to residential homes and interiors.
 
What You Will Do:

The Trimble SketchUp team is growing and we are seeking an AEC tech-savvy individual to join our Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Manager the primary responsibility is to drive customer engagement, adoption, and retention of our software and services by enabling overall customer success. While in the Pre-sales stage, the CSM will demonstrate the value of our products to assist in the closure of sales opportunities. After closure, you will be the technical advisor for assigned accounts, assisting both business champions and technical users to get the most value from our products and services. You’ll collaborate closely with Senior CSMs, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to provide guidance and complete solutions to our clients and division partners.
 
Main Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver product demonstrations to prospective customers as well as to existing customers during in person meetings, online sessions as well as at conferences, seminars, and other events. Onboard new accounts, understand the customer’s objectives, consult and educate customers about the most relevant solutions to ensure that their goals are achieved. Collaborate closely with Senior CSMs and the Sales team to establish and build relationships with new and existing customers. Manage customer relationships with the goal of increasing customer retention, ensuring renewals, and driving product expansion. Contribute in the development and delivery of Customer Success oriented assets for internal teams, division partners, and for the AEC user community.

 
 What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Degree in Architecture, Construction, or equivalent AEC experience.  High level of experience with SketchUp and its ecosystem of products and services  Experience with other 2D and 3D design software and workflows found within the AEC or other design fields.  Experience in customer success or customer service positions. Ability and desire for problem solving and supporting customers to maximize the use of the A&D Division’s products and services Strong communication skills, including the ability to understand customer workflows and customer goals through active listening Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work with executive-level associates internally and externally in an articulate and professional manner Fluent English language skills, other language skills can be seen as a plus.


Location & Travel
This is a remote position, preferably in the UK, other locations within Europe can be considered too. The position will include periodic travel within the UK, Europe, and possible travel to other locations globally.
