Business Development Executive & Product Specialist Do you have a passion for building strategic customer relationships and a strong technical aptitude? We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive & Product Specialist to join our clients team based in Chelmsford. In this unique role, you will leverage your expertise in telecomms products to create a win-win-win situation for our customers, the company, and the vendor. You will excel at both relationship building and technical knowledge. Responsibilities: Cultivate and manage key customer relationships, identifying up selling opportunities and driving new business Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to develop strategic sales plans, analyse market trends, and optimise inventory management. Champion products internally, providing comprehensive training and technical support to sales teams and customers. Establish and exceed ambitious sales targets through effective goal setting and strategic execution. Qualifications: Proven success in telecoms market business development, sales, or a related field. In-depth understanding of product portfolio and market landscape. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Package Offering: Competitive salary and benefits package (25-35k DOE). Permanent, full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM). Opportunity for professional development and career advancement.
