I am recruiting for a Business Development / Sales Executive to join my client who supply equipment to the hospitality and construction industry. Although this role involves bringing on new business you will be approaching potential clients who would have a need or requirement for this product coached and encouraged by the Sales Manager This role includes good basic salary and a quarterly bonus based in this buzzy office on the outskirts of Chelmsford, Essex (own transport required). This is a full time office based role and i am looking for a confident individual who enjoys client liaison and customer service to assist with building accounts and on board new business. You will be joining a busy hire and sales team in newly refurbished offices in a fun place to work. This is an established and growing company and the team is friendly supportive and expanding The company offers internal progression and opportunities for the right person. This role works closely with the Account Executives and involves forming and maintaining new relationships with potential customers. You will:

  • Make outbound calls to introduce the companies services and products
  • Liaising with customers via phone, email and various messaging systems
  • Following up on leads - converting, closing, inputting, and processing hire and sales orders via the CRM system and hire management system
Covert and develop new business opportunities. Build good working relationships with new and existing customers and develop proposals to meet their needs. An Account Management, office based sales, recruitment or office based customer service experience would be ideal A retail role where you had sales targets maybe considered if you have telephone based experience to match Due to the rural location you must have your own transport.
