Business Development Manager Salary: £58k - £60k + Uncapped commission Chelmsford Our Client, an International leader in their field and seeking two Business Development Managers to join their growing team based in Chelmsford. This role is offered on a HYBRID basis and naturally will include travel throughout the country. The successful candidates must have a proven track record within sales, the ability to drive new business and MUST have a demonstrable track record of success within IT Asset Disposal. As Business Development Manager, your primarily responsible for driving business growth, creating development plans for clients and forecasting sales targets and growth projections. You must hold the ability to identify market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels. To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated and enjoy working within a team. You must have a driven and motivational approach to your work. The role; Developing new business for IT Disposal Services Division. Management of client relationships. Promotion of brand and services to client stakeholders. Liaising internally with teams across different departments. Updating CRM and performing administrative tasks. The successful candidate will ideally have ownership of their own book of work that can be transitioned into the business. Essential Skills; IT Product knowledge. Industry (ITAD) market knowledge. CRM software experience
