Our client is a leading entity in their sector, renowned for their commitment to innovation and excellence. Based in modern offices in the Surrey area (HYBRID working; 2 days from home, and 3 in the office per week) Job Description
The Payroll Supervisor will:
Direct and oversee all aspects of payroll functions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Manage and motivate a team of payroll professionals.
Develop and implement payroll procedures and processes.
Work closely with other departments to streamline payroll operations.
Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Prepare and present payroll reports to senior management.
Participate in financial audits related to payroll and respond to any audit findings.
A successful Payroll Supervisor should have:
Proven experience in a payroll supervisory or team leader role, or from a Payroll Officer or Payroll Specialist background and looking to make the step up.
In-depth knowledge of payroll systems and financial regulations.
An attractive salary in the range of £40-45,000 per annum.
A comprehensive benefits package
Hybrid working (2 days from home per week, and 3 days in the office)
