**Job Summary**
Payroll Elite Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our monthly payroll processing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process monthly payroll runs for approximately 400 employees using ADP iHCM.
- Input and manage monthly overtime, salary changes, pension updates, and other payroll-related data.
- Provide pre-commit and post-commit reports to our Finance team.
- Liaise with ADP to resolve any payroll-related issues.
- Answer employee queries and provide support.
- Process P11Ds and P60s on a yearly basis.
**Requirements:**
- Payroll qualification or equivalent experience (at least 3 years) in processing a similar size payroll with variable hours and inputs.
- Experience with ADP iHCM or similar payroll systems.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
**What We Offer:**
- 12.5% bonus.
- 5% matched pension.

**Working Arrangements:**
The role will work around the payroll processing window, typically from the 1st to the 15th of the month. Depending on the successful applicant's location, there may be a requirement to be office-based for some of this time, with the option to combine with home working.
