About Our Client

Opportunity to work for a Global FM Service Provider overseeing a single site for one of their prestigious customer contracts.

Job Description

Working for the FM Service provider you will be based on site with the client overseeing a large corporate office building. You will be responsible for managing total FM for the site including cleaning, maintenance & front of house.

  • Ensure operational first-class service excellence to the client, and that contractual commitments (KPI's / SLA's) are met and exceeded.
  • Log maintenance / H&S issues on the CAFM system.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring that they receive the highest standards of service delivery in relation to their operational needs
  • Ensure that facility management staff consistently provides positive and prompt response to requests from the client and client employees
  • Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions
  • Ensure optimum staffing structures operate across contracts balancing cost reduction with the delivery of service excellence.
  • Working with Contract & Technical Managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 2-3 years working in a Facilities Management position
  • Experience managing total FM (cleaning / security / maintenance / front of house)
  • Able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of H&S / compliance
  • IOSH / NEBOSH certification
  • IWFM accreditation (desirable)
