Facilities Manager

Our client is a public sector organisation based in Worcestershire.
The Senior Facilities Manager will line manage a Facilities Management team and will be responsible for:
Managing the CAFM system and using associated data to report to senior stakeholders on the status of all planned and reactive compliance
Assisting the Head of Facilities with the annual preparation of FM budgets
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven background of working withing Facilities Management for 8+ years and have experience of managing the delivery of hard & soft services across a multi site portfolio of properties and have managed a team of FM operatives at various levels across both hard & soft services. It is anticipated that you will have an IWFM membership and associated qualifications relating to FM & Estates and ideally hold a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification or be working towards this.
The role will require travel across the Worcestershire region so you will need to live within a sensible commuting distance of the Worcestershire region and have access to your own vehicle. A starting salary of £58,000 is on offer and you will also be enrolled on to a local government pension scheme.
