**Facilities Management Administrator**

**Remote Working (Very occasional travel to client site in Leeds or Manchester once a month)**

**£20,000 - £25,000**

Outsource UK is recruiting on behalf of a global client of ours who is looking to recruit a Facilities Management Administrator, ideally with Property or Facilities Management experience in a previous role. The purpose of this role is to deliver first-class service in a confident, interactive, and direct approach. This role is ideal for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and there is lots of career progression available with this opportunity.

**An overview of the Facilities Management Administrator role**:

- Build, maintain, and enhance relationships directly with internal/external Clients, Suppliers, and Operations teams.
- Respond to Clients (Internal/External) in a professional and timely manner with an excellent level of customer service.
- Manage and Monitor work orders (Reactive and Planned) for response and completion to ensure adherence to meeting the contractual SLAs/KPIs

**Necessary skills and qualifications**:

- Previous experience within a Helpdesk or Customer Service would be advantageous.
- Must have experience dealing with phone calls professionally.
- IT literate - experience in quality and performance systems (CAFM/Microsoft/Teams/SharePoint)
