Working for the FM Service provider you will be based on site with the client overseeing a large corporate office building. Ensure operational first-class service excellence to the client, and that contractual commitments (KPI's / SLA's) are met and exceeded.
Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring that they receive the highest standards of service delivery in relation to their operational needs
Ensure that facility management staff consistently provides positive and prompt response to requests from the client and client employees
Ensure optimum staffing structures operate across contracts balancing cost reduction with the delivery of service excellence.
Working with Contract & Technical Managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues.
At least 2-3 years working in a Facilities Management position
IOSH / NEBOSH certification
