Our client is a mission driven business who are digitalising and streamlining the process for lettings, ensuring vital aspects such as contracts and reference checks are no longer manual and time consuming, ultimately making the process easier for both agents and tenants and solving a real life problem.
Analyzing our market database to identify and priortise the most promising leads.
Demonstrated success in pipeline generation and sales in a high-volume environment, with an average of 60 outbound calls per day, and the ability to discuss this confidently.
Possess a reassuring and engaging phone manner, able to quickly establish rapport and trust without the need for face-to-face interaction. (Comfort with phone communication is essential in this role.)
