Our Customer Service and Asset Specialists connect and proactively guide customers through the Tosca customer life cycle to ensure business continuity, profitability and customer satisfaction. You will be an independent expert playing a key role in safeguarding our assets and preventing losses, creating a competitive advantage for Tosca and its customers.

You are responsible for customer onboarding and training, and provide an excellent service which will enable you to build long term relationships with our customers.
You will train the customer on how to use our online system and offer support to place orders, stock declarations and manage stock balances.
You will carry out period end account checks to ensure invoices are raised correctly.
You are responsible for Customer master data.
You are the customer’s point of contact for reporting any quality issues and will support the Quality Department by liaising with the customer until resolution.
You have training as an industrial clerk, office management assistant or acquired equivalent knowledge through experience in a Customer Support position. You are fluent, both written and spoken, in English.
You know your way around MS Office. Training-on-the job will be provided for our internal software.
