Talent Development Partner

to further enhance our learning and development function. The role will play a pivotal part in supporting our business growth, rolling out our L&D strategy, raising the bar of professional development, supporting and driving learning engagement amongst our colleagues. The Role: As a

Talent Development Partner,

you will be responsible for defining, developing and executing the Learning & Development strategy for Bulgari Hotel London focusing on people development, service excellence and talent retention. You will work with all departments to build and embed an authentic learning culture at all levels of the business. What we are looking for The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a progressive hands-on L&D or business role with deep luxury service environment knowledge. You will have previous experience in skills mapping, designing learning journeys to help drive an effective learning agenda that supports business outcomes. You will possess strong project management and communication skills and you will be able to thrive in a fast-growing paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to understand learning needs and develop tailored development plans. Design and facilitate engaging training programs, workshops, and learning experiences. Evaluate the impact of learning initiatives and continuously refine strategies to drive results. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent development and incorporate them into our programs. Requirements: Proven experience in talent development, learning and development, or organizational development. Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences of varying levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable talent development initiatives. We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have a good level of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK.
