**Talent Management Partner AVP**
- £300-330 per day inclusive of holiday pay
- 6 months interim role with looks to become permanent.

- Flexible working / hybrid working, 2 days in the office (super flex on this)
- Working across the UK and EMEA

I am partnering with a global financial services firm on their search for a newly created Talent Management Partner role due to growth. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in gaining experience in leadership development and talent management.

**The Role**

You will be working closely with the Head of Talent Management across the UK and EMEA. Working on talent review, succession planning and talent development. This will include leading a talent program, working with the outsource training providers, designing programmes and training courses to support the company’s vision. You will consult with leaders and managers to advise on their talent and workforce, partnering with HR Business Partners on adhoc projects and various processes. You may be required to attend face to face training as well as virtually.

**Profile**

This role is really open on background and experience. To be successful in the role you will ideally have experience working within a similar role and have a passion for the development of others, you will have confidence advising senior leaders and often challenging. You will also have a passion for diversity and be a driver for this in your delivery. You will have an interest in psychology and behaviour and a good understanding of how businesses work.
