Role Overview:

As a Principal Talent Partner, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates in the supply chain, logistics, and purchasing fields. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, interviewing, and presenting high-quality candidates to our esteemed client base across the EMEA region. You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their unique staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions that drive business success.


Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, and networking events.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.

Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate identification to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Stay updated on industry trends and market insights related to FMCG supply chain, logistics, and purchasing professions.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Executive Search or Talent within the supply chain, logistics, or purchasing sectors.

Strong understanding of the skillsets required in the Supply Chain industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Willingness to learn and work to defined processes.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and goals.
