**The role**

As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will be joining a Talent Acquisition team and working closely with HR colleagues partnering with hiring managers with responsibility for the end to end recruitment journey from role briefings to onboarding (including reviewing, telephone interviewing, arranging interviews, providing feedback and managing the offer) for all open vacancies at Rightmove.

You will have a talent for building great relationships with all of the internal stakeholders to understand the needs of the role and hiring managers in order to ensure you have the right knowledge to recruit for the position.

**A typical week as a Talent Partner might involve**
- Proactive conversations with potential new joiners to Rightmove - telephone interviews, constructive conversations with our hiring partners
- Partner with HR colleagues and hiring managers to develop strategies for both longer term talent pool building and shorter term live hiring needs;
- Use a variety of direct sourcing channels to attract talent to join the Rightmove team
- Build a depth of understanding of roles needs and skills to support you in conversations with talented people to join the team
- Regular review conversations, providing feedback, key trends and insight from hiring conversations
- Reviewing and updating role profiles
- Being an advocate for our employer brand and sharing the company culture and opportunities to individuals
- Using the appropriate hiring solutions for each role
- Complete telephone interviews for roles
- Participate in face-to-face interviews with hiring managers

- Ensuring all aspects of the hiring process, from advertising, sourcing and selection through to interviews support our commitment to inclusion and diversity
- Sharing your best practice knowledge and training on interviews and questioning technique
