Trust and Safety Specialist (Hybrid Oxford)

About the opening:

  • Hybrid work arrangement based in our Oxford office.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in validating new supplier sign-ups and accounts.
  2. Investigate suppliers and bookings to ensure legitimacy and safety.
  3. Analyze information efficiently to make justifiable decisions.
  4. Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email.
  5. Resolve issues arising from validation checks with clear feedback.
  6. Investigate suspicious or fraudulent behavior from existing suppliers.
  7. Evaluate risks posed by existing customers and act accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work one weekend every two weeks.
  • Prior experience in Customer Service is desirable.
  • Experience in a research environment is advantageous.
  • Proficient in PC usage with confidence in Microsoft Office Software.
  • Fluent in a second language (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian) is desirable but not compulsory.
