Customer Operations Advisor - £26,896 per annum – Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid)
Do you thrive on providing excellent customer service? Our Customer Operations team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We're looking for a Customer Operations Advisor to join our friendly team and support our customers on their AAT journey.
You'll be the second point of contact for enquiries from students, members, training providers and employers. Please note this is a fixed term contract until 31 March 2025
Dealing effectively and accurately with customer requests and providing advice, support,
with all relevant policies and procedures.
Undertaking the day to day operational functions relating to the Customer Operations
team policies and procedures and within agreed Service Level Targets.

Delivering a consistent high level of service to both internal and external customers,
Support:
Process payments from all stakeholders in an efficient and timely manner and within agreed service level targets.
Process Direct Debit instructions within agreed deadlines and ensure the quality of the information stored to aid the successful collection of fees.
Process applications for financial assistance, life membership, reinstatement efficiently and effectively and within agreed service level targets.
To communicate effectively with existing or lapsed customers to encourage renewal and communicate the insight and any emerging trends gathered to help inform future business decisions and communications.
Develop knowledge of all the Customer Operation Team activities so that support can be provided across a range of activities.
Contribute to the provision of an excellent service to internal and external customers by ensuring the prompt, efficient and accurate handling of all enquiries.
Data Quality:
Ensure prompt, efficient, and accurate processing of enquiries and data entry.
Accurately capture and amend data in the database following Data Protection policies.
Deliver excellent customer satisfaction for all Customer Services Division enquiries.
Support promotional campaigns with the Brand Communications team.
Assist in testing developments and improvements in database and online systems.
