Customer Service Advisor
Location: SE London

**Salary**: GBP26,000 - GBP28,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am -5pm. (35 hours a week)
Job type: Fixed term 12 months contract, full-time
Overall summary of the Customer Service Advisor:

- To provide efficient and effective support to the Operations Manager and Senior Operations Officer
- To carry out accurate and timely uploading and data entry
- To carry out a range of office related administrative functions and processes so that vacant properties can be allocated and let to prospective applicants in a timely manner.
- Communicating with prospective applicants, tenants and third parties in obtaining additional information where necessary to meet the above tasks, highlighting any specific options for assistance where appropriate.
Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:

- Housing Allocations and Administration experience
- Excellent administration and organisation skills.
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with people at all levels and from a range of backgrounds, and sometimes in distressing circumstances.
- Use of Microsoft Office suite to intermediate standard and use of housing databases CX or similar.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Clear attention to detail
