**_£25,000 pro-rata for a 4-month FTC_**

**Customer Service Advisor’s Core Duties**
- Manage customer platform upgrades
- Provide new platform walk throughs, resolve issues, and provide solutions
- Identify customer needs and refer to the technical team if needed
- Develop an understanding of the platform’s processes

**Customer Service Advisor’s Skills Required**
- Ability to give clear demonstrations / walk throughs over the phone
- Update a CRM system with customer details and requirements
- Maintain a good working and technical knowledge of product and service offerings
- Adhere to GDPR regulations and Data Protection standards
- Give great customer service to internal and external customers
- Manage any customer complaints and action as necessary
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- Excellent written and oral English language skills

**Customer Service Advisor’s Role Requirements**
- Attend in person training days: 26 - 30 June, and 3 - 6 July 2023, 10:00am - 4:00pm
- Hybrid working 10 July - 27 October, Office working throughout September expected
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, Shifts 8am - 4pm, 8:30am - 4:30pm, 9am -5pm
- Live within 1 hour’s commute of Canary Wharf
- No holidays to be taken during September
