They are looking for a dynamic and organized Studio Assistant to join their team and support the smooth operation.


What you will be doing

The Talent & Studio Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of their studio while providing administrative and logistical support to their talent management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the entertainment industry and eager to contribute to the success of their talent and studio operations


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management, inventory, and maintenance of studio equipment. Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition and ready for us
  • Provide basic technical support during shoots, including lighting, audio, and camera setup
  • Assist with creative tasks as needed, such as set design, prop arrangement, and other production-related activities
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, auditions, and bookings for talent
  • Greet and assist clients, talent, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Address their needs and ensure a positive experience
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Manager, including correspondence, record-keeping, and document preparation
  • Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and promotional activities involving talent
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for talent, including flights, accommodations, and transportation


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a studio or talent management environment is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic understanding of studio equipment and technical setups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
