Talent Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Manager to join our team at SUMO Talent. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing a diverse roster of clients, including high-profile TV personalities, social media influencers, and athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a select roster of TV talent, influencers, and athletes, overseeing all aspects of their professional careers
  • Guide clients in expanding their brands, creating long-term strategies for growth in TV, digital, and sports sectors, and identifying cross-industry opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts for television, digital media, sponsorships, endorsements, and collaborations, ensuring maximum revenue opportunities for clients
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, including producers, brands, studios, networks, and other potential partners to unlock new opportunities for talent
  • Secure and manage high-value partnerships and collaborations with leading brands across TV, sports, and digital spaces, ensuring alignment with clients' image and goals
  • Identify emerging talent within TV, social media, and sports, nurturing and onboarding new clients to expand the agency's roster
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management, ideally in TV, entertainment, or digital media
  • Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, digital platforms, influencer marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) Familiarity with digital analytics tools and trends
