The Job

  • Manage a diverse roster of social media creators and digital talent
  • Negotiate partnerships and contracts with confidence
  • Respond to all incoming enquiries regarding talent
  • Pitch your impressive roster to PR agencies and brands, establishing and nurturing successful partnerships and collaborations
  • Identify and bring new talent onboard, building opportunities for the digital-first talent in the entertainment space
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our talent roster
  • 2+ years of experience within a talent management or influencer marketing agency is essential
