The opportunity:
Pioneers and experts in the Free From space, transforming the category, and planning to double in size over the coming years. With the support and investment of a large corporate, a commitment to taste & quality this branded manufacturer is uniquely positioned for rapid growth. A new position has been created for a Head of Sales to be the driving force for sales across major retail, new channels and new markets.
What will my accountabilities be?
Develop and execute the commercial strategy, creating plans to maximise revenue and market share opportunities across brand and own label
Overall management of the sales and category function
Overseeing pricing strategies, ensuring optimal pricing whilst maintaining competitiveness in market
Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats
Who will I be working with?
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer
Collaborate marketing, finance and operations to align commercial objectives with overall business goals
Manage a team of 3
A great candidate will have:
Extensive FMCG/CPG industry experience, proven commercial background
Significant management and leadership experience, able to effectively communicate the commercial strategy whilst creating a culture of collaboration and accountability
Innovative and creative approach, differentiating from competitors and developing unique value propositions
Adaptability and resilience, comfortable navigating uncertainty, overcoming challenges and adjusting strategies as needed
Courage to be bold , take calculated risks and challenge the status quo with positive intent
