Join Our Team as a National Key Account Manager

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Business development Manager and Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll drive strategic partnerships, foster sales growth, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction with our largest accounts.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed sales targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for national accounts, addressing their needs and building long-term relationships.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person visits at customer sites, trade events, and at our 55,000 sq ft company showrooms to showcase products and secure orders.
  • Provide insightful market feedback and reports to the Sales Director to optimize territory performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage client information, and analyze sales data.

Who We're Looking For:

Our ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in surpassing revenue and KPI targets. You should have at least four years of sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally within the furniture or home interiors industries. You thrive in a collaborative environment, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should be expert in Microsoft Excel .You should possess excellent organizational skills
