The Key Account Manager will play a crucial role in enabling further growth and managing current client relationships. 

Reporting directly to the Senior Management, the role’s main responsibilities will be:

  • Provide the very best technical and sales support to our growing customer base
  • Meeting, or preferably exceeding sales targets and generate profitable growth with assigned accounts.
  • Liaise with customers to build and promote long lasting relationships.
  • Analyse customer and market trends to accurately forecast demand for assigned accounts.
  • Provide coaching and performance monitoring to all relevant colleagues.
  • Operate cohesively between departments in STIM to ensure our clients achieve the best results possible.
