Amazon Brand Manager

We are a team with an entrepreneurial spirit, growing rapidly and looking for an Amazon Brand Manager to help us expand our presence and build a great brand on the Amazon marketplace.
As the Amazon Brand Manager based in Dubai, you'll guide our brand strategy and growth across Amazon marketplaces globally, with a particular focus on the US market. Your role is crucial in optimizing our presence on Amazon, driving sales growth, and ensuring our brand resonates with Amazon shoppers. You'll collaborate with our global team to develop and execute strategies that enhance our brand's performance on the platform.
Essential Duties:
- Pioneer innovative Amazon strategies, including listing optimization, advertising, and brand presence
- Manage and optimize product listings, A+ content, and Store pages across Amazon marketplaces
- Orchestrate engaging promotional campaigns through Amazon's various advertising solutions
- Develop and execute new product launch strategies on Amazon for multiple brands within the company portfolio
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve results
- Manage inventory levels and forecast demand across Amazon FBA
- Stay ahead of Amazon marketplace trends and algorithm updates
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure brand consistency across all Amazon touchpoints
- Handle customer service inquiries and maintain high seller metrics
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven track record of growing brands on Amazon marketplaces
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Understanding of Amazon's algorithm and best practices for optimization
- Experience with inventory management and demand forecasting
- Adaptability to work across time zones, managing US marketplace priorities from Dubai
Necessary Skills & Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years experience managing brands on Amazon
- Proficiency in Amazon analytics tools and relevant software
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with PPC advertising and optimization
- Deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace dynamics and policies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience in beauty/skincare category preferred
- Ability to work in Dubai with frequent communication with global teams
